Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Square D 5N-601 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electronics-Of-America products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elwood parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electronic-Solutions product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electronics-Of-America such as the CK3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M462GYS0AH08AA manufactured by Elwood and we are pleased to be able to service most Elwood systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SBC609 by Manufacturer Electronic-Solutions as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elo-matic Brand ES0065U2A03A14K0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elrest such as 107131 equipment made by Elrest have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elrest products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elrest" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S740E00F010 made by Gettys as well as the popular MC810B original spares produced by Electrothermal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TCS48SJA32R112 by Electromatic and 107131 spares by Elrest are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AECSM03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eltec.
